Fountain Park Apartments

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Elias Inguez for the incredible work he does here at Fountain Park. Maintenance issues can be stressful, but Elias makes the entire process seamless. He recently came by to fix a broken light in our kitchen and resolve an issue with our toilet. Not only did he complete the repairs quickly and efficiently, but the quality of his work was also top-notch. What I appreciate most, however, is how trustworthy and respectful he is. It’s a big deal to let someone into your home, but Elias put us completely at ease. He was incredibly kind to our animals and made sure they were safe while he worked. From the first day of the lease to the last day, fountain park has been amazing. The staff especially Cecilia is super responsive and friendly. The apartment complex is high tech with smart locks, secure parcel storage, and electric car charging. The grounds are safe and I had no issues with parking or safety at any point of time. Highly recommended!

Elias is a wonderful maintenance manager, and I truly appreciate everything he did for me. After his repair, my dishwasher plumbing was completely fixed. He was also incredibly thoughtful and even left me some candy. When I got home and saw that the dishwasher was working again along with Elias’s note, it honestly made my day and warmed my heart.

Her name is Nancy, and she is an amazing, hardworking, and compassionate professional. From the very first minute, she helped our family and was always responsive to our questions. She explained everything clearly, quickly, and guided us through every stage of the application process. We are truly happy that we met her and wish there were more people like Nancy helping families find housing.

I have enjoyed my stay here. Rented for a second year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is absolutely amazing. Elias comes the same day and fixes the issue in no time. Fixture lights or garbage disposal! Affordable and well located.
