Fountain Gardens Apartments

I've been living here for almost a year now. It's a great apartment, I like everything.🏠👍

I live here, unfortunately, I'm waiting for my contract to end. There are a lot of mice and cockroaches in my apartment. I've contacted them many times, I've told them, they don't pay attention to your problems, and everything is so old that the cabinets are falling apart and there's an unpleasant smell everywhere in the hallways, everything is dirty, and the fire alarm itself goes off at 3 a.m. and you get scared to death while you're sleeping, and your children will be scared. I don't recommend a place where they don't hear about your problem, don't help, and don't fix anything.

Don was excellent! He did a fantastic job and was quick to get the job done. Very pleasant to speak with and was highly informative and knowledgeable about the specific problem that I was having. It is nice to know that there are such friendly and capable people taking care of the property. That guy deserves a raise. Thanks for the fast response.

Don came in and provided spectacular service. He provided a demo as to how to troubleshoot a bathroom issue and explained why things have to be fixed a certain way. He is the maintenance worker we highly reccomend.

Pros: - good price - elevator - friendly neighbors if you're lucky - the main office staff is super friendly (when filling the lease paperwork) Cons: - During snow days, the plowing/cleaning service they offer is awful. They literally throw snow in front of the cars and whoever needs to go out, must dig in and out cuz no one cleaned (not even in front of the car to make it possible to move). Just unacceptable! - neighbors can be really noisy if you're not lucky (like me) - you cannot visit the unit that you're about to rent - parking is hard if you get home late, they NEVER tow unpermitted cars.
