Fountain City Custom Homes built us a new home in 2016 and it was a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail and design provided us a first class home. I was hesitant to custom build a home and I have to say I probably wouldn't have with any other builders than Fountain City Custom Homes. I was a low stress experience. They were professional, listened and were so easy to work with. The communication was excellent and always returned my calss, text etc. Fountain City Homes defied all the stigma's of builders. I highly recommend Fountain City Homes if you are wanting toi build your dream home!

We designed and built a new home with Fountain City Custom Homes in 2022-2023. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We sincerely enjoyed working with all of the folks on their team. I can confidently say our experience and relationship with the Fountain City Custom Homes team far surpasses the experience of most others.

My home was completed by Fountain City Custom Homes in April 2021. The building process went well but there were concerns, prior to closing, with the grading of the backyard and that water would not be directed away from the foundation of the home. We suggested a french drain to fix the issue. The concern was that the sump pump would dump water and cause it to pool up and become stagnant around the foundation of the home. Additionally, during heavy rains, it appeared that water would pool up with no where to go and create a marsh in the backyard. My builder assistant stated the city (Shawnee) approved the grading and a french drain was not needed. In June of 2021, my above concerns were validated.
