Founders Park Apartments

I moved here over the summer right before the new management took over. The new management team had completely turned the building around and have made this apartment building truly one of the best places I’ve lived! They are very accommodating, it’s so beautiful, and they go out of their way to make the space a home. Lora is an absolute gem who is so helpful, kind & brings so much joy to the community!!!

The community room was perfect for my gender reveal. Beautiful and spacious. The maintenance man, Jeff was great help and so kind. 10/10

Nick gave an excellent tour, answering all of my questions and then some. His knowledge and professionalism left a positive impact on me, and made me want to live at Founders. Thank you Nick

I visited a friend here today and the amount of 'yellow snow' I saw walking around the building was absolutely disgusting! I've been to countless apartments around campus and this place blew the rest of the city with their colorful snow and animal gifts!!!
