Currently Slow response to time sensitive request. Been 3 weeks and still no security footage. At best property manager lost a valueable wallet at worst stole it.

Unprofessional, incapable of having a face to face conversation with tenants paying hundreds of thousands of dollars and instead send petty complaints and fines. The average motel 6 is managed better than these properties

I tried to rent an office that is managed by them. They did not make it easy, and I eventually gave up and rented an office down the street from someone else. The person I worked with never returned a single phone call, and did not keep me updated on the status of the transaction after explicitly being asked to do so. The only times that I spoke with him were when I was lucky enough to have called when he was in his office. I was actually really surprised when I heard back from him about a lease after two weeks of silence. I assumed that he just wasn't interested in dealing with me, so I had already moved on by then.

Think twice about using this company if you are a condominium association or a commercial property. They have a very arrogant company culture based on all of their reviews here, people don't answer the phone or return phone calls. We spoke with Sean in new business development and never heard back from him after several attempts to contact by voice mail and email.

I've been trying to reach out for 2 weeks now about Tribute Apartments location. No response from submitting the inquiry on your site also when I call the voicemail is full. Can't apply online for the available unit because the website doesn't work. It's just a blank page under "availability and apply" would like to move forward but can't reach anyone.
