Last year we decided to move forward with Miriam since she provided the lowest interest rate after we shopped around lenders. After our offer got accepted, we started the buying process, and everything started to get trickier and shadier, as she started to request a 30% down payment, when when we had agreed on a lower percentage ahead of time. The worst part was when we learned she wouldn't lock our initial rate (the only reason we choose this service to begin with). We had to switch lenders in the middle of an already stressful process, and were forced to move our closing date because of it. We ended up closing with another lender and got away from these folks as fast as we could. If you value transparency, stay away from this service and specially Miriam.

Can’t give enough thanks to Miriam and her team for the amazing service and fast closing. We are very happy with our refinance, they helped us save a lot of money on our monthly mortgage bill. I recommend her with my eyes closed!
