Fortune Ridge by Toll Brothers

I love my house here at Fortune Ridge it is convenient to all parkways and the Open floor plan and outdoor space is amazing. You could never build a house like this for this kind of money in Westchester and we are right on the border of North SalemI moved from Armonk and I am so happy here. The common areas in the pool and the amenities are great. The views and the sunsets at night are something I had never seen living in Armonk for 30 years . The neighbors are so friendly and we are all here for each other.

I built a house here in 2017, this was my second home built. They have many options and all are absolutely beautiful and a great layout. The process was great, I chose all my upgrades and the end result is a quality home. So many things that other builders consider upgrades are actually standard at Fortune Ridge. The attention to detail is impecable. Now that I’ve been at the house for almost 2 yrs I can say, I would do it all over again! The level of support and the warranty of their work is excellent. The views are beautiful, the neighbors are like family. The club house is complete, we enjoyed the summer at the pool and playground. I am glad I’m raising my family here, schools are great and family activities are abundant! We have plenty of nearby farms too if you’re into that! I lo

We built our home with Fortune Ridge due to their excellent reputation and quality workmanship. Pre and post construction they did not disappoint. We couldn’t be happier!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUILDER. They will take your money, and forget about you entirely once you take possession of the home. They do not stand behind their work. Any issues you may have get immediately referred out to their attorneys and never get resolved. They operate through intimidation, stalling, and ignoring.

This is my 2nd home built from scratch. It’s Hands down the best quality home!!!The what the home are framed and insulated is on an entirely different level.
