I did not have a handle for my sink faucet for over a month because they didn’t even put the order in. The AC unit in my garage flooded the garage and leaked through my walls into the house. This would have been addressed during the annual inspection that my wife sat at home and waited for, but they never showed up. That was the second year in a row they did not show up for it. They asked me to complete the what needed to be done fix the unit from leaking, which I did. My toilet broke and they brought me the parts because they could not get a technician out. I’m giving a 4/5 stars. I’m in a situation where one of the leasing agents, I won’t put her name on blast, made me feel like a nuisance and I felt like she didn’t care about my situation. I won’t go into details about the conversation I had with her, however, it was enough for me to want to talk to someone above her to address my situation because I simple didn’t feel comfortable talking to her. I went and talked to Kema, who is absolutely a breath of fresh air in that place. She is super caring and will advocate and fight for you. Kema doesn’t stress you out, she makes you feel welcomed. My anxiety used to be at an all time high walking into that place before I spoke with Kema, now I feel like I can walk in there and know that there’s someone who actually cares.

Brittany is awesome and she was able to help me get a rental verification I had an extremely hard time receiving for weeks from different places I rented at. I would recommend anyone moving into Liberty Wood homes to go see Brittany! She’s extremely professional and patient and had zero attitude whatsoever and took my stressful situation and treated it like it was her own! Thanks Brittany!!
