Fort Henry Gardens

Nice area as far as schools and travel. But the downstairs in the winter is extremely cold upstairs feels like hell! The landlord is a little rude and doesn’t like to really communicate regularly, also when I moved in I was told everything worked as far as the appliances but the dish washer & sink leaked and the fridge was filled w| ants in the back ( not in the fridge itself but the back )

I love the convenience to schools and dc however maintenance is non existent and there is a mice problem. The closet space is extremely small so you can't really have much and it's extremely cold in the winter

I lived here years ago, had a mouse problem, and in the winter the first floor doesn't hold heat well. Other wise nice neighborhood, and right next to elementary school, bus line, Shirlington in walking distance, bike paths, and play grounds! Great area!

Old buildings that need to be torn down. The walls are very thin and if your neighbors are noisy you can hear everything next door. Arlington County knows about the problems, but the wealthy new development in the neighborhood fought against new housing.

It true when they say there is no maintenance here my mom been dealing with this for months. It also leaks every time someone takes a shower. At this point they are just waiting for the ceiling to cave in and a law suit smh
