Forrest Pines Senior Apartments

Rents are not only being raised an extremely unreasonably amount, but 240.00 a month MORE IN JUST ONE LEASING YEAR IS CRUEL. Is this even legal for a low income senior community? We won’t be able to live this way. And what happens next lease?

My family and I have been on the hunt for an independent senior community for our Dad and we fell in love with Forrest Pines. The building is kept clean and the grounds are well maintained. The apartments are new, spacious, and affordable. Lora & Shane in the office have gone above and beyond to help our Dad get settled and we appreciate it so much! He is just moving in this week but we are very confident in our choice because of their excellent level of customer service.

Beautiful place to live. The apartments are well kept by the staff. The office staff are one of a kind they are always willing to assist you no matter what the situation is. The community room is a very relaxing area where you can sit in the rocking chairs outside or just watch tv inside. Many activities for the residents. This is a place to call home. Thank you to the staff.

They have seniors living in mold and roach infested apartments and refuse to let them break their lease or move apartments

I visited when we picked up other participants that went to the same place I was going and I got an application and I plan to go over and see about it because it very lit up at night and clean in the daytime and accessible parking so I'll be going over soon to see if they have any availabilities
