Formation Apartments

We’re a few weeks away from being here for a year at Formation, and I can definitely say it’s been such a great experience!! Dodge & Dayne are seriously THE BEST. They’re so friendly, super helpful, and you can tell they actually care about the residents - definitely the best apartment/ property ‘staff’ I’ve ever had. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been responsive & kind, and it never feels like you’re just another resident. They genuinely deserve a raise. 🫶🏼 The parking situation is amazing & that says a lot… because parking in this area is usually a DISASTER at a good majority of the other complexes. Here, it’s been easy, organized, and never stressful - always plenty of parking space on the roof for guests & overnight guest passes are super cheap. I’ve never had an issue with

After living here for a year. There are definitely huge positives about the apartment , but also huge negatives. Dodge, Angel, and Lillian are all very kind, and super helpful. Nothing but good experiences with them. The apartment aesthetic is beautiful inside and out, the amenities are great. But the residents here tend to be quiet and reserved, and many are not very friendly. If you’re outgoing and hoping to socialize or expand your network, you might be disappointed in the long-term. Residents rarely interact outside their apartments. While it’s nice to have a quiet place, I personally value opportunities to meet and connect with others. Great place to live, excellent location. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are excellent. When issues do arise, they are remediated promptly.

I love living here at Formation! It's a wonderful property with great tenants + the staff is so helpful.

I love living at this apartment. It’s the cleanest place I have ever lived, it’s run very efficiently by the office team Jillian who is the leasing manager and Dodge the manager. They are so friendly and take amazing care of their residents which is one of the reasons I wanted to live here. The pool / grill / gym always looks pristine and never shuts down for maintenance issues. My unit itself is beautiful. I love the kitchen appliances, blackout blinds, and bathroom mirror.
