Forestwood Apartments

***AVOID FORESTWOOD APARTMENTS AT ALL COST!!! I had the unfortunate experience of living at Forestwood Apartments, and I cannot stress enough how terrible it was. The constant smell of marijuana permeates the halls, making it unbearable to breathe. The management seems indifferent to residents complaints and fails to enforce basic rules. Trash is literally everywhere, even in the elevators, which is not only unsightly but also unhygienic. One day, I had to take the stairs, and I was appalled to find that people do #1. It’s clear that cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are not priorities for this complex. I even consider myself to break this lease. If you value your living environment, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

RUN! Don’t walk away from these apartments! That is literally what I had to do yesterday. I was given the run around for months with no real answers or communication in regard of my application status. I finally complained and coincidentally got approved to move in. Something in my spirit told me to go check my assigned unit out before signing the lease and i literally had to RUN out! The hall had trash and floods all throughout the first floor. Relieved, I made it to the elevators and could stop holding my breath. Once I finally got to the second floor my unit had countless ROACHES, and MAGGOTS headed straight for the front door. I grabbed a video just to warn others. DO NOT GET ON HERE AND ATTEMPT TO LEAVE A FAKE RESPONSE LIKE YOU CARE ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF THE UNIT OR TRYING TO RESOL

I've lived at Forest Wood Apartments for seven months now, and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience for my family and me. From the moment we moved in, we felt right at home. The building is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference in our day-to-day comfort, especially when our family and friends come to visit us. What really sets this place apart is Ms. Sharri. She’s not only professional and understanding, but she genuinely cares about the residents. The community events she organizes bring everyone together and make living here feel like being part of a family neighborhood. There are some amazing things going on at Forestwood Apartments with the community builders Ms. Sharri does a great job doing EVENTS to bring the community together. She friendly & welcoming!! Keep up the great work!!

I have to tell you that these apartments have a residence coordinator mrs sharri that likes to bring the neighbors of all ages together... her weekly events gets the attention of the residents to come in and social... eat .. be creative and sing laugh and smile.... keep up the good work Sharri 👏
