Forest Villas Apartment

I stayed here around COVID in 2020 for a few months and moved it's sad they still the same. I only came here to remember the address to verify something. I never want to remember this address those 6 months was horrible I stopped paying money after 3 months and moved It's just like the name says some MID WOOD dirt trees.

I have been a renter at Forest Villas and have seen management come and go. The new management has been wonderful. Their teams have done timely repairs. I know that it was a lot of work. The. great work has not gone unnoticed. Please keep this property manager. He is the best.

I just moved here and I love this place. I have a 1 bedroom here and it's been great. When I moved in everything was clean and any maintenance requests that I have put in so far has been took care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are struggling looking for a place to stay and need to get in fast. Andy is great and they should keep him around ☺️ and Victor fixed my AC and it's working great.

I filled out all the information and got approved for an apartment. It says no admin fee then out of nowhere they said a 300$ admin fee. Kept pushing the move in date back and never called me back. I’m actually thankful cuz I found a better place and the process was great. Don’t apply for here. No pool, looks ugly, and it’s not enough sq fr for that price. Til this day, the lady tells me I will call you back. It’s December and I applied in August. Yea these apartments not worth it.

My mother is going through the process of applying for a one bedroom apartment from this company. The lady who is in the front office has an extremely disgusting attitude and she not helpful to future tenants! She will say everything on the website or online. This is an horrible representation of customer service! I recommend you running from this place especially with this lady being the front line for this apartment complex. She is disgusting and horrible! I WOULD RUN IF I WAS YOU! If she gives bad experience before you move in imagine what kind of issues you will have dealing with her if there is issues concerning your apartment. I have filed an complaint with BBB.
