Forest Square Apartments

It’s generally peaceful living here. The renovated floor plan is really nice! The large windows are a real draw. My dog is allowed and he loves it here too. I feel comfortable walking him at all hours. The neighbors are all very friendly and look out for each other. Great price for the space. Nola was super helpful with the move in and has continued to be helpful whenever I needed something.

Forest square apartments is a hidden gem and I want anyone who is curious to know this fact! I was looking for something affordable and this was it and I felt safe and any time I ran into another Tennant they were always friendly and ready to chat! The newly renovated 2 bed apartment was perfect for us! I walked in the early morning hours in the neighborhood across from the apartments and never questioned my safety. I also explored the area with my young son on our electric scooters and the restaurants near by were always busy with walkers and bicyclists. It felt good to see others out and about like we were and the near by park is another place we frequently visited on our scooters. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! I love it here. The office manager Sierra is just a doll! I had a short time frame to move from my old apartment and she made the process as stress free as possible. As far as the apartment itself, The apartment building is secure and my neighbors are really nice and quiet. I highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and peaceful here. My experience with management has been positive. Nola has been very kind and helpful. Neighborhood is nice to walk around in. Was wonderful that my dogs were allowed!

Nola at the leasing office is absolutely fantastic. Was looking for an affordable apartment for my mom in our neighborhood, and Nola made the process quick and easy. Even came by to welcome us on move in day! Thanks again for everything - Matt and Deb
