Have to shout out to the ladies in the main office! Even though this is a large community of units, two ladies in the main office are always kind, professional and treat my little request quickly and with smile. I am always grateful for their time , energy and patience with me. Once again to those two ladies I had to take the time to say Thank you for your service, your kindness and professionalism towards me. :-)

Over all it's a really good place to live. The people here are usually nice and stay to them selves. The main pool was closed for practically the whole summer and the car care area had a vacuum at one time and a place to get water for washing your car which would be where you would have found me on my free time but that whole area is gone. The lawn caregivers do not watch what they are doing when they are mowing or blowing and they leave all the trash and items that Were in our yards scattered about the property. I had a piece of tree debris get lodged underneath my vehicle and just tore into everything under the hood leaving me to have to replace the Air Conditioner compressor unit, drive belts, and A\C lines which cost over $500 just in parts but I had done the work and that would of co

Forest Ridge Apartments is a great place to call home! We have been here almost a year now and there have been no issues. The office staff and maintenance crew have always been helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

I have called several times about the hedges to be cut over the six months and still at this date they are not cut over my patio.

Now that we are officially moved out it is time to share my experience with the WORST apartment complex in Knoxville. We relocated to Knoxville in 2020. At the time our rent was around $1200 for our 2 bed townhome. When we arrived our apartment was in pretty bad shape. Our kitchen floor were covered in chips and the cabinets were peeling and gross. Our bathroom floors also cracked. Living room floor had tons of scuffs, some had torn. The ceiling fan dangling from the ceiling (that did get fixed). Railing was coming out of the wall. Dishwasher had mold build up. The oven didn’t have a rail system for the warmer. I filled out our move in paperwork and let the office know of the issues. At the time we were just happy to have an apartment. Well as the years went on, our rent skyrocketed. One
