Forest Pointe Apartments

I have lived here with my two kiddos for about seven months now (moved in July 2024) and we love our apartment and the many amenities available for residents. Qiana, Dustin, and Kylee are great. They are always quick to help, or just chat when you need some social interaction. Each building has a laundry room (some updated apartments have a washer and dryer within). There is always plentiful parking and lots of open carports to rent. The pool (available Labor Day to Memorial Day), fitness center, computer/printer area, Amazon hub, playground, and fire pit have all been used by us numerous times. Forrest Point Apartments has been such a wonderful place to live! The office staff truly goes above and beyond for residents, they’re always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and the property is always well-kept. I feel safe, comfortable, and happy living here. Highly recommend Forrest Point to anyone looking for a great community to call home!

Currently live here and im very disappointed to say the least… for one our front door has been broken 2 months now and makes it hard to open sometimes and submitted a maintenance request to get it repaired when it happened 2 MONTHS AGO. Never came to look at it or anything when that is considered a safety hazard. Bunches of bugs have been crowding our windows and getting through gaps in them, when we moved im we had a super outdated AC unit that even the maintenance crew was surprised we had when we had to use the emergency line for it because it was over 100 degrees out and not working, place is extremely overpriced for the low quality it serves i mean 1300$ for a one bedroom with problems left and right? We’ve had a great experience with the team here— Kylee, Dustin, Qiana & the maintenance crew, they’ve all been super helpful and accommodating. The only issue we have had with a neighbor was addressed and resolved the same day and whenever we do go into the office they make it feel warm and very welcoming, which makes a big difference for us as my wife and i just had a baby! The complex itself is really well-kept. Everything’s clean, and maintenance is on top of things, it's honestly a breath of fresh air compared to other apartment complexes which is why we transferred to their other property Huntington Glen down the road. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and support from the staff that makes it a stress-free process all around thank you!

My wife and I lived in this community for almost 3 years, spending time in two different units during our time here. The apartments are generally in good shape, although elements of them are a bit outdated or need replacement, such as cabinets or windows. But, I know the Forest Pointe team is working on updates throughout the community. We've seen lots of improvements happening to the buildings during our time here. The office staff are friendly and really helpful. We've had good experiences with the maintenance team as well, they are responsive with any issues we've had. Overall a great location to live, a reasonable rent cost, and we had a great experience!
