WORST APARTMENTS EVER. Yes they are cheap, but it is not worth it. There are roaches, and when they come to “Spray” they don’t actually. My indoor camera literally caught them walking in and out without doing anything, with everything set up for them. Horrible. Maintenance can’t fix anything. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. There is absolutely nowhere to park. You’ll have to park 5 miles away from your apartment so your car doesn’t get towed. Yeah they tow, KNOWING there is no parking. There is nothing but alcoholics who live here. EVERY NIGHT playing loud music, and glass bottles everywhere. In the driveway, on the sidewalk. Everywhere where you and your kids would be. You paid rent on time every month, and the company doesn’t take care of anything. The whole place is infested with bed bugs and all other insects. Office employees are very nice unfortunately company doesn't do its job. Stay away from this place

Would give them -5 stars if I could 😔 But I can’t so let’s go into why, first they are horrible at giving notices. there are roaches around the property and also inside the units, I’ve seen roaches crawling out of my outlets, and bugs coming in through my air conditioning. They will lie about repairs say that it’s fixed but never are, they have electrical issues and we’ve had 5 fires within the last year. You also won’t have working air conditioning so when it hot outside. You’re bathroom will probably flood because they have awful plumbing. There is mold under my floorboards because my apartment flooded plus the trapped water in the floor. There is no parking and they will tow your car, they will not Fumigate the property. Gaby and itzel are amazing , fast when problem solving things , maintenance do there best to fix whatever is in need to get fix but it gets done quick, best place to stay

Update: 6/8/23 - well the place sold again and it’s back down hill from here. Trash everywhere, bugs everywhere again, still haven’t fixed the gutters so when it rains it’s like a literal bucket of water pouring on your head in multiple spots, still no mailbox keys and it’s been over 2 years since my dad moved in. Office doesn’t respond. Can’t wait til his lease is up so he can get out of this h*ll hole! New management: after the fiasco with the flooded unit, my father was put into a new unit, which besides a few minor issues has been a much better experience. They are under new management (again) however this new company is switching to online payments and has been gradually improving the area. Let’s see how long it last! Fingers cross these people stay!
