Forest Hills Apartments

I've had a comfortable experience at Forest Hills. The office ladies are friendly and professional. Yesenia has been there for me multiple times. She welcomes me with a smile and promptly addresses all of my concerns. Notifications of any sort are sent both by email and text, keeping residents updated about everything going on in real time. I'm grateful for her great support.

I had a great experience moving into my new apartment home. Frank from maintenance was amazing very professional, quick to respond, and made sure everything was taken care of right away Yesenia , my leasing agent, was just as great. She was helpful, patient, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stressfree. I really appreciate both of them for their excellent service and support. Highly recommend!

I don't usually rate on things but it's day 2 I've been here and it's... rough. AC doesn't work and it's been 85°+ in the unit, couldn't tell office about it because it it was closed (Saturday and Sunday) and the roaches number in the tens so far. I was told before moving in that they had it under control for the last 3 months or so but clearly that isn't the case. The air filter needed immediate replacement and looks like it's been there for years. Additionally all the COAX plugs (needed for internet btw) were painted over so they need to be replaced as well. Overall this is my first experience with apartments and I am feeling pretty miserable. Update: Day 3. Was told Friday that the exterminator and bug people come in on Tuesday and that my unit would be added to a list of units that th

I have been here for ten months, and I love my apartment. The neighbors are friendly and beautifully diverse. Many new people have moved in recently and are extremely loud, but management is actively working on this issue and are very responsive to reports. The maintenance team is THE BEST. My work orders have all been tended to the very next day, and they are all so warm and friendly. I have absolutely no issue allowing them access to my apartment when I am gone. The balconies are really cool, so I suggest looking for a unit that has one. My unit came with a white washer and dryer and black appliances (microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher) that all still work perfectly. ((Update)) They don’t finish repairs/maintenance I have 3 places in my unit that need repairs due to their plumbing. 2 being my CEILING in the bathroom and kitchen. I still have a leak under my sink that’s caused black mold. They still haven’t fixed the handle to the faucet for the bath/shower. Since moving in, I have put in 35 work orders. —————————————————————————Unless you WANT an apartment that’s falling apart, and the office workers not doing anything about it; then save yourself the trouble. Especially if you have kids (thankfully I do not) but the leasing lady at the front desk will scream at them and threaten them for just playing around the common grounds. They charge for a laundry room that doesn’t work, all the plumbing is failing leaving leaks and mold to continue growing. Do
