Forest Hills Apartments

The apartments themselves are wonderful for the price and in my opinion they are beautiful inside and out. The property they are on is beautiful and well kept and coming from paying $800 a month at a different place in Calhoun for a one bed one bath that looked more like a studio or a hotel room and was terrible and extremely overpriced, I was amazed at how nice and how much bigger the one bed one bathroom apartments were here and that they are income based so the price is unbeatable! A regular one bedroom here has a big living room, a huge kitchen with a space for a dining area , a whole room for laundry with washer and dryer hookups which was such a blessing and a back door leading to your own patio area and backyard space as well as a storage closet out there. Maintenance is a joke! I had both sides of my kitchen sink leaking and it took over two weeks before they showed up..in the meantime, I had to buy two 5 gallon buckets to empty daily just to use my sink! Now the stove literially had an electrical fire and its been another two weeks and counting! Meanwhile they lie to you daily saying we gonna be there! Knowing the whole time they aren't! Did I mention I'm in a wheelchair and only been here four months!

So I called this morning on an appointment right? All I wanted to know is how long the t list was and they said it depends. I said well if I was to come Up there today.
