Forest Glen

I have lived here for over a year now. Recently got married and moved into a larger unit from my prior unit, and had no issues in the first unit I lived in. They told me that the larger apartment was move in ready, but was never cleaned, inspected, and was infested with roaches. We are now about to be transferred into another unit after living in this larger unit for two months, and I asked them almost a month ago if they could spray for pests and clean the new unit prior to us moving in. I have asked this and confirmed with them again if they have done this at least twice. Got my keys for the new unit and inspected it last Friday February 6th 2026, and it was filthy. Dust and dirt on the ground, dead bugs everywhere. Splotches and stains on the sinks and faucets. Chemicals, leftover debri

I really don’t wanna give them one star, but nothing ever got fixed properly. There was always roaches. People were always rude. Then when you move out, you get charged for stuff that you shouldn’t be charged for, but I would save my Money and never move in here because the laundry room is boarded up. There is no gym And there is only one pool and the property is trashy It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. And we also had a very old thermostat so the air conditioner never shut off. But like I said, they always want your money, but never wanna fix anything properly EDIT I never want to stay at apartment for that long of time period. But if you’re tight on money you don’t have a choice. I didn’t leave anything behind, I got charged for things out of my control
