Forest Edge Apartments

I have been a resident at Forest Edge for 5 years, and I can confidently say that Mrs. G is the best property manager I’ve ever had. Since she has taken on this role, the rental office has consistently remained open five days a week, providing residents with reliable support and communication. She goes above and beyond to ensure the property is safe and that every resident’s needs are met. Anytime I’ve had an issue—whether with my apartment or another tenant—Mrs. G has worked diligently and efficiently to resolve it in a timely manner. She is professional, attentive, and truly takes pride in being the best property manager she can be. Because of her dedication, my family and I are happy to continue calling Forest Edge our home for many more years.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for four years and it’s been very back and forth. Management has changed multiple times, current management seems better than the previous however. I will say I had one car break in while living here and also have been living next to two apartments that have their windows broken out and seem to be dealing with some form of drug related issues. I recently tried to speak to management regarding breaking my lease two months early and the process they offered cost more than just finishing the lease out which was very disappointing considering I’ve been a good tenant for the last four years. Overall it’s a decent place to live but their is probably better

Horrible Management, I was here for 3 years, have not been able to get my questions asked about renewing my lease for over 2 weeks, come home to a letter on my door stating that they are deciding not to renew my lease. Instead of receiving a call like Soli said they put a letter on my door. The letter had last years date on it and so many typo's so I reached out again with my questions and asked why, instead of Pam reaching out she just send and updated letter. They have not given me a reason, only gave me 30 days from when my lease is over to move which is unacceptable especially since I have reached out numerous times before and could of had enough time to move. Since then I have had to seek legal help due to she will not answer my questions about my deposit and I have a feeling they a

Forest Edge Apartments was perfect for what I needed! A clean, quiet living experience in a friendly community at a very affordable price. Pam is an excellent property manager and attended to everything promptly and efficiently. The only reason I'm leaving is that I now need a bigger space! I would recommend Forest Edge Apartments to anyone! I will always be grateful for the two lovely years I spent there.

Love loving at Forest Edge. Management is great & accommodating during lockdown/quarantine. Maintenance was quick to handle the two small issues I’ve had in my first year. Best apartment for the price and area you’ll fine. Best part is it’s QUIET!! Pets are allowed but I rarely Am able to hear neighbor’s puppies barking through the wall. Great place to live.
