Office and maintenance staff are awesome & always willing to help. Property is quiet with reasonable rates. I recommend to anyone looking for a small community with great charm.

If this is your first apartment I suggest looking somewhere else. Every month I get charged over $250 in fees and utilities that wasn’t talked about prior to me moving in or didn’t state in the lease. The bathtub was peeling, kitchen drawers were broken, the bedroom door didnt close unless slammed shut. All you smell is marijuana from upstairs neighbors. They can never explain why I’m paying $1200 when my base rent was $955 upon me moving out I was charged nearly $8000 for 2 air mattress forgotten outside and the damages that were already there upon me moving in. They couldn’t provide a solution to any of our problems and always said we can move out our apartment due to their negligence. There’s dog poop EVERYWHERE. We absolutely love forest creek and have been here for a few years now! Management is always helpful and maintenance is fast with fixing any issues & they are so kind! My only complaint is the lack of a treadmill / treadmills in the gym despite it being shown on the website gallery, I would use the gym much more often if it had a treadmill but it is still a very nice gym with good equipment!

Edit: My son and I just moved in recently. We have had 3 work orders unfortunately, but all were completed very quickly. I appreciate the staff here very much.

I lived here for a year and honestly had a good experience overall. The office staff was always friendly and helpful anytime I had questions or needed something. Maintenance was usually quick, most of the time they showed up the same day or the next, which I appreciated. I saw some reviews mention water being shut off a lot, but in my 12 months there, I only remember it happening maybe three times, and each time it was only for a few hours. My only real complaint is that I wish they sprayed for bugs more than once a year. When they did it helped a lot, but it would’ve been nice not to have to put in a pest control request every time I felt like I needed it prior to the yearly spray. Parking wasn’t an issue for me, but I also wasn’t in one of the busier spots in the complex. Overall, it was
