What a shitt with this apartment, I've been here for the last two years and my entire experience with this building has been a nightmare, everything is too old, the wooden floor is very old and noisy, the walls of the bathroom bathtub are full of mold, too much animal infestation like cockroaches, mice and bedbugs, this is a serious problem here, they never take the time to combat these animals that invade the entire apartment ... no matter how hard you try to combat these animals yourself you will not succeed,,, and when it comes to making reports you have to anticipate them telling you "Umm we'll come later to see what the problem is" and so on they never come and if you come back with the same thing they will never catch you because they say it's "the same as always" .. Terrible experience management doesn’t fix anything at all! Roaches!!! They raise the rent while taking away amenities! You submit maintenance request they mark them as completed when they haven’t been fulfilled! They say on site laundry but all washers and dryers are broken! Did I mention that they have severe roach infestation I truly hate this place. Told them I had a non working dishwasher which had mold growing inside it they removed the dishwasher and nailed plywood and painted it and I was told they no longer provide dishwashers and it looks horrible major eye sore. Maintenance just places stuff anywhere while they send out paperwork stating fines for leaving things out near patios smh

Complete garbage here the administrators don’t serve they are disrespectful you take your car the tow truck even having parking ticket they don’t clean when there is snow don’t come here this here they don’t work I hope the real owner sees the comments change the administrators they are garbage

I've lived here for about 11 months, getting the apartment was easy, the inside is nice for the cost. We've never had any kind of problem with bugs. The only problem I have is the neighbors can be loud at odd hours, and random people will bang on your door. The area just isn't too nice. The office staff is nice and we are only moving because we want a bigger and nicer place for our baby.

Absolutely terrible apartment complex. They towed my car twice for no reason. Dirty roach infested piece of garbage owned by bad management
