Foreshore is the best rental company in Bluffton, Courtney is amazing she is very attentive, she always answer every question we had about anything. We have been tenants with Foreshore Rentals for two years, we have to move due to owner selling the current house we are renting. Courtney has gone out her way to help us find a new place.We will continue to use Foreshore Rentals until we find our forever home. We haven't even moved in but we want to give a big shoutout to Courtney. We are moving from out of state and she helped make the process so smooth. Brian, Courtney, Josh and Ben formed a great team to service our rental home and to take care of our tenants. Brian helped find us excellent tenants, handled all the background information and collection of rent. Josh quickly addressed any repair requests, and Courtney offered timely communication. They helped assure us that our home was taken care of. When we moved down a year later, Josh and Ben even offered up a couple hours of his time to help us unload our moving truck due to a miscommunication delay from our movers.
