My husband and I rented a home from Forefront for 10 years, 2016-2025. We had privacy, affordable rent, timely maintenance repairs—even in the event of out of business hours emergencies, and at move out we even got our original deposit back!! (Disclaimer, I did hire a professional cleaner to do my own move out clean). Anyway, I will always hold a special place in my heart for Brian, the Phelt family, Forefront, and that little house that was our home. Thank you for helping us for a decade! ❤️
Great company. Mr. Garcia really went to bat for us to get us into a new home on VERY short notice. Took us step by step with the house and setting up utilities as well as answering any and all questions we had. 10/10. I wholeheartedly recommend.
I just want to finally do a review for forefront property management company. The approval process was simple and easy. I know there are comments about Daniel, we personally haven’t had any issue with him he’s kind and gets things done 🤷🏾♀️ not sure what else people need from him. This house is cute I have had several maintenance request in the month of living here, but I will SAY they are EXTREMELY communicative and gets things fixed very quickly (I hope this continues throughout my 12 months, but EXCELLENT job so far!). Move in issues first month here: They picked up several huge tress in the backyard that someone cut and left (I saw them when I viewed it but thought they’d be gone), the disposal was rotted out and the dishwasher was falling out of the nook it was in, both fixed QUICKL
