HORRIBLE: 19 South Apartment is Kissimmee, FL COCKROACHES, ANTS and FLEAS IN HALLWAYS AND STAIRWELLS Broken amenities gym equipment lights, secured doors not working Dog poop and urine all over property hallways elevators and parking Unauthorized parking Leasing charging residents but permitting 3rd party organizations to park in residents parking so leasing can receive kickbacks Gym being used for personal training sessions to NON Residents Pool and Game room amenities always occupied by NON residents Trash, Noise and Parking policies NOT ENFORCED COCKROACHES, ANTS and FLEAS IN HALLWAYS AND STAIRWELLS Leasing consciously ignores phone calls and emails. If you try to talk to them, they are dismissive. They only passive aggressively respond to Google reviews. Recently talked to one

Buildings are made of pure plywood. 4 story apartments and not 1 brick!

i live here at there kissimmee florida property and im having issues with parking all other better properties giv e residents 2 parkings reason famllies who wrk are 2 and everyone better apt companies give 2 but this company Fore is a joke.theyre going to start toweing and ticketing.this is not why i came here for.im going to be writing to the ADA about handicap there isnt enough parking for that also.its really bad here in parking situation.if you have 2 cars dont do it cause theyll charge you for it.so my next stop will be ADAim disabled and wife too.we will see how that goes..and yes ive talked to management her dosent wrk..so we will see .jose rodriguez kissimmee property..

I have not had a good experience with this place. Sorry, but I was treated hostile from the beginning, and things went down from there. Rules and regulations are the norm to the point of rude.

Bad management, never again...cant wait till the lease is done.
