Me and my partner moved in with Forbes Group Management last year, and I’ll be honest—I was a little anxious at first because it’s hard to find a management team that truly cares about their tenants. But Forbes proved me wrong in the best way. Phil does an amazing job maintaining our small community, and we’re really grateful for him. Especially when we look at the complex next to us, which is a bit of a mess, it makes us appreciate even more how clean and well-kept Phil keeps everything here. If I needed anything, they would respond within 24 hours or less and have someone take care of things as quickly as possible. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional. We have been working with Forbes Group Property Management since 2018. My father in law worked with them for many years before that. We have had consistent, high level engagement with our property managers all along. Our current property manager, Michael Souza, is a good communicator and proactive. He returns call and emails very promply. He plans ahead when it comes to raising rents or getting annual work done so we are making decisions in advance with plenty of time. Recently, he even consulted with the firm's attorney to get input that was needed. The bookkeeper is very accurate and responsive. Our property has a very low vacancy rate because it is well managed. I would highly recommend working with this property management firm.
