I had the best experience working with Allen! This was my first home buying experience, and I feel so lucky that I was able to work with him. Right off the bat, I could tell he had so much knowledge about the Triangle area, as well as all of the small but important things to keep in mind when choosing a home. I really appreciated how quickly he responded to all of my questions and how he drove all over creation to meet me for showings. He would always say "It's just what I do!" While this all happened during COVID, he was always very thoughtful about wearing masks and keeping distance. We chose Allen Shaver (business owner as well as our Realtor) because he only works with home buyers. His depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to look at lots of houses with no pressure were so helpful. Allen was as careful in his tour of each house as we were; accessing crawl spaces and attics, and pointing out things we might not notice. Good at paperwork details and communication too. They refuse requests to stop calling. multiple times a day in the middle of the day from multiple phone numbers and refuse to honor requests to stop calling. I have received up to 7 calls a day for the past 6 months. If I wanted to sell my house I would have reached out to a real realtor. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!
