Foothills Crossing Apartments

This is a lovely place with friendly neighbors, like family. When I needed a place after my rent jacked up to $2200 Ann and Marilyn were very happy to help me. They redone an apartment for me and it looks fabulous. Never have I seen a bug. Marilyn has the pest control out monthly. Though she stresses the fact if you see a bug let her know. She’ll call them right back out here. Definitely upgraded from what it was years ago. My mother has lived here for three years and never had any bad issues with it. She loves it here just as we do. Thankful for Ann and Marilyn helping me in a time of need.

This place is infested with roaches. The bottom level apartments flood every time it rains. There people living here that have black mold on their back bedroom walls so thick it looks like black moss growing inside the house. Two ladies that live there have had to go to the hospital for respitory issues having to do with mold in their homes. People are treated unfairly and criminalized even friends and family coming to visit or dropping someone off. They dont have the money to maintain the up keep and have the greatest bunch of excuses or blame shifting when it cones to asking for repairs to be done. You will be retaliatef against if you say anything to anyone about the conditions or the unfair treatment. You will not be allowed to renew your lease or they will make up things like family o

Me and my fiancé filled a application out and the property manager Ann called and not only cussed my girlfriend out but her father too. AFTER SHE GAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION. Do not chose foothills crossing. We checked the real apartment out and they need to fumigate EVERYTHING. WHAT A BLESSING IN DISGUISE THAT WE DID NOT PURSUE THIS PLACE! Horrible management and horrible attitudes all around. This is the last apartment I would tell anyone to go to. If the owners read this is like to know who you are and why you hired such a awful person. Bless your heart.

Crappy apartments right next to a biker hangout, also the apartments are in horrible condition, the places have been condemned in the past for major plumbing issues before.
