Foothills Court Apartments

The people are usually quiet. It's peaceful. The manager or landlord is nice. The apartment looks good.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Never have any parking for tendants because everyone has atleast 6 or more people in one apartment. it is noisy, they are always partying outside like its a club. Kids are always unattendend so be ready to hit a kid with your car. parents are no where to be found , as little as 2 wondering around alone. Dryers dont work in the laundry room. The office never fixes things appropriately, and when you leave they keep your deposit even though you cleaned everything and lived their more then 7years. Also when you move in it is filthy and you have to deep clean everything.

THE MANAGER IS NOT WILLING TO HELP THE CENSUS TO AVOID SPREADING COVID. SHE IS WILLING TO RISK THE LIVES OF HER TENANTS BECAUSE SHE IS “TOO BUSY.” The manager is confrontational and unhelpful. I asked her to help me confirm vacancies for the census, so I could avoid bothering the tenants and to minimize contact to avoid any potential COVID infection spreading. It also helps to reduce tax dollars spent on my salary. She refused and then spent 5 minutes telling me all of the reasons why she was too busy to help me, the amount of time I was asking for! One resident sneezed on me and I continued to go door to door. Did I spread infection? We won’t know until after I have contact with hundreds more people. This possibility could have been avoided, if the apartment manager had been even the sli

New manager is amazing! On top of everything and fixed many issues!

Do not move here they have bedbug infestation's they have roaches infestations the place is just trash and dirty the management is no good they gossip and tell your business to other people in the building
