This place will raise your rent after the contract expired from 300 and i heard even 600. The manager is very unprofessional. She will put a sign outside the door one day at 8 pm and expect all resident to move the cars the next day at 8 am. Also, she knocks on doors on saturday 9 pm asking to move car because she reasssigned parking spaces. It is ridiculous she will do it on a saturday when most people is either out or sleeping. The manager does not live onsite and the apartment is pretty big. Mnager was living onsite until they sold the apartments. I would not recommend moving here if you have other options mainly because the price will most like increase a lot once the contarct ends. It is next to the freeway so expect lot of noises but you get used to. And they sre remodeling the old a
