I had a great experience working with Shane, the Assistant Property Manager. From the start, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. He took the time to answer my questions clearly and made everything feel simple and straightforward. Shane was organized, communicative, and made sure I understood each step while getting my apartment secured. It really made a difference having someone who was attentive and willing to help when needed. I appreciate the support and would definitely recommend working with Shane if you are considering an apartment here. He made the experience smooth and positive.

Where to start! Tiffany was amazing! From the moment we walked through the door she made us feel like we belong there! She was more than patient with my husband and I touring with our 4 kids! When we got back to the office Shane already had coloring stuff and snacks waiting for the kids so we could fill out the application a little easier!! If you are looking for any old apartment, this isnt for you! From the moment you walk in the doors at Foote Hills, you feel like Family!! Just set up the tour! You won't regret!

I recently toured Foote Hills as I’m looking for my next move. I absolutely loved it! I met with Shane and he was so nice and helpful you can tell him and Tiffany really have something good here. I witnessed interactions between residents and office staff and you can tell that both Shane and Tiffany are really there for their residents! I cannot wait to call Foote Hills home in December!

I've been at Foote Hills for a few months now and WOW! My experience has been phenomenal! The leasing manager, Shane, was amazing on my tour, answered questions before I could even ask them, and they actually listened to what I needed! Throughout the entire process Shane was there, answering my questions about the lease, and made me feel like I was not just any other person. I can tell he really cares about the work he does!

Foote Hills is a great place to live! I have been very happy here. The complex is full of nature and exceptionally quiet for its proximity to all the conveniences of 28th Street. The team on staff here are implementing tremendous changes for the betterment of our living community. Tiffany and Shane have been doing incredible things here!
