We moved to the Barrett three years ago and it was amazing. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the staff addressed any issues. But when Kimberly (manager) and head maintenance (John ) left everything went downhill. There has been a revolving door of staff and none will address issues before a new person starts. The current management IS doing their best to try to clean things back up. However, Fogelman has continued to increase rent for tenants who are continuing to stay but meanwhile runs specials to get in a lot of new people. The amenities get worse and the prices go up. This WAS a great, new apartment complex but now is full of trash in hallways, pot everywhere and rules randomly being enforced. They are listing our apartment for $400+ less than what they wanted to char

I’ve lived at Villas at Carrington Square since March 2023 with my son and daughter, and we absolutely love it! The location is great, the landscaping is beautiful, and the office hosts fun community events. The apts don’t even feel like apts they’re so spacious with high ceilings, lots of storage, attached garages, and private entries that make them feel like your own townhome. Maria made my move-in easy and along with LeeAnn have both been wonderful with renewals, and Allie, though new, has already been amazing. Justin and Matthew are quick and friendly with maintenance, and Damon keeps everything around spotless. Such a great team and community, it truly feels like home.

I have lived at The Harrison At Braselton since 2022, and I can't wait until my lease is up in April so I can move out of this place. No matter if I am sitting in my apartment, walking up to the third floor or walking to get my mail, the EXCESSIVE marijuana smoking is TOO much to bear. I've been calling the office for OVER a year and they haven't been able to "pinpoint" where it is coming from. I should NOT have to pay $2,000 a month to have to deal with this. The tenants are CONSTANTLY parking in handicap spots that don't have handicap tags and the last time I sent an email to the office it went unanswered. DO NOT RENT HERE!! It is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!

Me and my family have been a residence for nearly five years , in which it has been a great/wonderful place we could call home. The Property Manager Mrs. Wright , M. and staff are always there when you need them at any given time. However , if there’s any issues or concerns they’ll take care of it immediately ; especially , if it’s something very serious. Furthermore , we all know that some residents or neighbors brings challenging moments…but Mrs. Wright has your back. Sincerely , Mr. Oliver

I'm living in apartment number 6102 Mirror Lake Henley Apartments. The people if you want to call them people. Are constantly constantly running, jumping, banging on the walls, slamming doors and stumping. I ask the front office to come and listen for themselves and they haven't bothered to come. HOW can my wife and I get a decent night's sleep. IMPOSSIBLE, IMPOSSIBLE, IMPOSSIBLE. No one, NO BODY should be FORCED to live under these conditions. Yes we was moved from another apartment because Henley refused to repair the floors above us even after many complaints. I MOST DEFINITELY WANT out of this lease. Next complaint will be with the BBB. I'm a disabled Gulfwar Army Veteran that suffers with PTSD, Major Depression Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety. I say AGAIN NO ONE and NOBODY. S
