Currently living here & it is not whAt you expect. The maintenance sucks, AC is only in living room, doesn't reach bedrooms, heat sucks & barely works & neighbors are noisey. LOTS of spiders in the summer time find their way in your home. Have seen roaches & bed bugs. Not worth $550/m.
Fodor sold property. New owners increased rent to $600. Definitely NOT worth the money. Heat and water included in rent, but dress in layers in winter - cold draft comes through windows and you will be cold.
They have Bed bugs and lie about it I've seen roaches and bed bugs the maintenance man Jared is a lier and two face do not move in to the apartments they just want money and they don't take care of nothing
Not a good place to live at all.
