I was helping someone find a rental in Ephrata and Kim was great to work with. She answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to tour the property. Her follow-up has been great as well. It was a great experience - the agency and Kim were professional, good at communicating, and had integrity. I will recommend Focus Realty to others.

I have lived in my property over five years, 2 1/2 of which focus reality did not own at the time ever since focus reality I bought my property. They have raise the rent every single year they want to now give bare minimum and they like to cut you off over the phone when you call with an issue, they tell you to revert back to your lease of the original owner which states my lawn maintenance is supposed to be performed on my property in the past three years focus really has owned my property they have not done so even after being ordered by a judge they do absolutely whatever they want and get away with it because of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania being so corrupt, it gives businesses like this, the opportunity to take a vantage of people who do nothing, but bring them the money they need

From a landlord perspective, they are one of the hardest to work with. They first off got an a fighting spot with the tenant where I as an owner had to mediate in order to get my money. They literally stopped managing my unit cuz they didn't want to do it anymore and then I had to take care of getting the money. One of the worst. I have heard of. I would not use them as a property management company. I heard very good reviews from other landlords about wolf and Klein. I would highly suggest them over focus.

I’ve rented my very first apartment with them ! Any issues I had were quickly resolved, they didn’t bother at all (I know some landlords hover over there tenants) leasing process was quick and efficient. I definitely would recommend !

This place probably won't be open much longer. I never understood a word the lady has ever said in eight years (think stroke victim) because she does not speak in a clear understandable manner. I had requested my 30 days to get all my stuff immediately after leaving. I am so glad i still have that renter insurance for the place because i am missing thousands in medical equipment they broke a bunch of glass they had two underage kids braking things they are liable for including my sons first hockey stick one of these illegal child 12 year old workers broke over there knee for no reason before the 14th day totally illegal by the way. I am also missing over four thousand dollars in movies they are liable for so my best bet is prison in the near future for them. The guy tells me to read the p
