We were under contract to buy the property located 608 Atwater Dr. in Smyrna. The listing agent did not change the FMLS listing to under contract to keep soliciting offers. Horribly unethical. The property also appraised for $80K under list and the agent would not speak with our agent for 3 days. Buyer beware.
