Shannon, as the owner of the building I can tell you and everyone looking that you are not nor have ever been a tenant here. There are other Roslyn apartments you may be talking about but I can assure anyone reading your review that we do not have a fly problem, that you have never lived here, and that we have never in the 50 years we have owned the building increased a tenant’s rent by 18 %. So please, before you talk badly about a building, get your facts straight! Thank you.

We've had a problem with flies in our apartment since we moved in a year and a half ago with no solution. We've had numerous visits with exterminators and building management with no attempt to solve the problem just to be told that there is no problem to solve. We pick up dozens of dead flies in our apartment every day and on top of not fixing the problem, management requested an 18% increase in rent from year one to year two
