Larry was great to work with from start to finish. This was our first home sale and he walked us through the process and was responsive to our questions. He was accommodating and receptive to a couple issues that arose as well. I’d highly recommend Larry and Parkway!

The offer process was quick. He allowed sufficient time to entertain other offers. He did not automatically dismiss my counter-offer. Considering the age and work needed to bring the house to market, the as-is price we agreeded upon was fair.
