They plan on building this place literally right next door to the chicken processing plant it's a noisy and stinky. I don't know who they think is going to pay all that money to live right next door to a factory where people sit outside all night drinking and getting high and like I said it's noisy and stinky they kill chickens all day.

These townhomes are beautiful. Very updated and modern townhomes with direct access to the river. From what I’ve heard from the current owners, they love the location and amenities. I know there’s a common misconception about the chicken plant being close by, but it appears that you rarely notice any odor, if at all. Definitely within walking distance to restaurants like Terra and Cafe Strudel
