Terrible company to rent from and the actual owner isn’t any better! Very slow to respond to issues if at all and finds petty reasons to keep your deposit. We were told by the owner we were the best tenants he had had and even brought us a gift basket at Christmas thanking us for being good tenants. We found a place of our own so we wouldn’t have to pay rent anymore and gave them a written notice. After moving out and doing a deep clean on the place and cleaning the carpets we thought we’d get our deposit back but no. I wouldn’t recommend anyone renting from this company! The place we rented was at 1076 Landsdale dr in Fairborn and is back up for rent at a price way above what we were paying. It’s listed on Zillow also with the owners name and phone number I wouldn’t rent anything with his

They listed a property for rent, and after viewing the property I had a question about storage within the property. They said they would check with the owners. I followed up twice with the property, and they never provided me answers. The second time I called they informed me the property had been rented. Communication about the property would have been beneficial, as I was expecting to hear back about the storage component before moving forward.

Right from the start was given the numbers for the wrong maintenance people. Took over a year to get a leak in the tub fixed. Never returned calls or claimed I never called or made requests. Half of the apartment didn't have electricity including the refrigerator, never fixed. Old wiring in the building, and obviously not done properly. Found all kinds of gunk and nastyness in the small vent in the living room. Say they'll work with you but they don't. Bad company to rent from. Don't care how desperate you are, save yourself the trouble and keep looking.

not only did this business handle our contract illegally / incorrectly; they also refused repairs on the home that were required for meeting basic living conditions. when repairs were done these people attempted to bill for the repairs. after the lease ended they bounced back demanding more money with ZERO evidence to back the billing they sent us. this was an absolute nightmare and you’re probably better off doing business with a waffle house than this company!

Applied for a property, heard nothing back for days. Had to call and send messages on Facebook to get attention. Apparently they had not taken down the property off their own website, even after receiving a security deposit from the new tenant, and proceeded to keep it up a further 2 days. We got our application fees back due to this occurrence, but it should not even be possible to allow people to apply for a property once you know you already have a tenant to fill it.
