Flourish on Rainier

Mussie is wonderful to work with. I’ve lived here two years and almost all of my initial complaints have been resolved in my time living here. They got the elevators running again and much more dependably, they’ve hired a kind evening security team, the bike storage is open for use and secure… the only thing I could wish for is free or even some affordably priced parking but transit in the area is great too so no real complaints there. Thank you Bellwether team!!

Thank God for all the staffing here at Rise On Madison from Bellwether These Women under Manager Latricia also leasing have saved this Building now I finally feel safe here and I Love ❤️ 😍 it here now They have cleaned up this Building making it Great to to appreciate Living here because They care about the Tenants in this Building, I been here in this Building when They first opened it and We different staffing after another neither of them didn't care about the Tenants and Our Safety issues at all nor did any of the wanted the Tenants in their Faces but Now We have Staffing that cares about the Building and Tenants thank God 😊 please never let these Women go please keep them always thank you 😊

they don’t tell you that the apartments now have roaches because they let’s kids eat everywhere and their parents don’t clean up after their kids smh and not to mention they haven’t done anything about it but put sticky traps, the complex had so much potential but now it’s gross
