Kishwa and Linda REFUSE to answer their emails and phone calls. They are HORRIBLE and we want them out of our neighborhood. Still no response since the start of January. NEVER HIRE THEM.

I've been a resident of the Wilford Preserve community since 2022. I have come to find that FPM is a lousy HOA representative (if you will). The worst that I have ever dealt with. They do not benefit the residents at all. Their HOA fee needs to be revamped/ restructured. I wrote them a letter asking why residents are paying a lump sum instead of monthly payments and even suggested how it can be broken down. The response I got was if the payment isn't made by the due date it will be delinquent and accrue interest. Wilford Preserve residents are charged a payment of $816.00 (due by 1 January each year). We live in Worthington Park. When I contact Floridian about an issue, I often get no response or a very delayed one. They appear to only be engaged with the HOA board, not individual homeowners. They do a poor job enforcing our HOA rules.

Upon calling their office, I was met with an extremely unpleasant experience. The lady who answered my call exhibited a high level of impatience and rudeness throughout our conversation. I sought assistance in understanding the process of submitting HOA fees for our new residence, but unfortunately, the call ended abruptly with the staff member hanging up on me. Moving into a new community involves various challenges, and as a resident, I believe it is essential to establish clear communication channels with the property management team. Our experience with FPM has been that they represent the builder and not the community. They are unprofessional, rude, combative and secretive. We are not provided notice of major work being done in the neighborhood, have not been privy to HOA board meetings or officer appointments, HOA community budget or balance sheets. They send useless notices of garbage cans being left out overnight, but they don't enforce major issues like short term rentals, room rentals etc, which are against HOA bylaws, even though they know about these issues that not only allow transients to reside in our neighborhood but that will erode our home values. These folks just get a warning. Zero people management skills and no desire to truly work with the community members that actually pay for their services.
