I don't know if I'd do business with a group that solicits often after a death in the family, to offer their services, continually receiving letters that have a date on them two or three months old, from an address you can't find online. Zero due diligence to see the house has already been listed and sold, a simple check online, yet their letters of cash offers keep coming.
