If I could give zero stars I would. They were the title company for our house purchase. They made a mistake in their search and missed a second HOA management company and closed the deal..we found out later that the seller had significant debt to this management company and despite our efforts to work with them over 4 months, AND they admitting they made a mistake in writing, they have not corrected the situation. They keep blaming other people for their mistakes. I have no idea how they can call themselves a title company when they missed such a big thing in their "search". And their excuse was "the seller didn't tell us". Go with anyone but this "Title" company if you don't want to waste your life and lose significant amount of money .
