I just moved into a rat and roach infested duplex with this company. I had a 5 minute walk through. The stove is rusted out with no numbers on the dials, you don’t know what temp you’re cooking on if you wanted to cook. Requested a new stove and a serious extermination. Second week no new stove, exterminator came had caught mice in traps but threw rat out on the side of the place. Put paper sticky tabs and goop in some places.. roaches are still coming out. It’s worse but nothing I can do. There are so many other issues. I did notify person I signed my lease with NADIA there were so many issues, that should have been address before a move in, but you wouldn’t really notice until you’re in the place, they weren’t addressed properly or at all for that matter. Have rented and worked with Florida Management for a few years now, and they're top notch people and professionals. They've been honest about money and deposits, understanding and flexible with late rent, and quick and thorough with work orders. Lisa is a saint, and I wholeheartedly recommend her, her team, and her accountant to anyone that needs their services.

I've been renting in Tallahassee for years and out of all the different reality companies, nothing can beat Florida Management. We had our AC break on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone out to fix it in 20 minutes. Unlike the other soulless student housing companies around town, Florida Management genuinely cares about the tenants. The only issue is you'll get so used to the amazing service that when you rent from anyone else, it's a huge let down.

I do like renting from this company because they take good quality care of all of my issues.
