Erika Axani sends listing advertisements to my home address, and does not answer telephone calls to be removed from the mailing list. It is wasteful, especially mailed to someone who is not interested in your real estate marketing!

We had a very unpleasant experience with Las Olas Real Estate Professionals. They start very actively but if you have your own opinion or wishes that they disagree with they are rude, they ignore your requests and treat you as if you are their property. Will not recommend this agency to anyone.

I would strongly recommend against signing contract with Las Olas Professionals! Once you are in the contract with them you are at their mercy. We changed our mind about selling our house and now they refuse our numerous requests to take us off this contract. They ignore our emails. There is NOTHING professional about this agency. Stay away if you value your time and money.

From our first meeting, it was evident that Julie was a true professional. She presented statistics from our area, made recommendations and gave a realistic overview of the South Florida market. Nicole and Michele did a great job helping us sell our home in Ft. Lauderdale while we remained out of state. The sale was not without its problems as it was discovered the home had open building permits from a prior renovation 15 years ago. They took control of the problem and helped us retain legal and professional help that cured the problems. It would have been nearly impossible for me to have fixed these issues without their assistance. In the end both buyer and seller were happy! I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in south Florida!
