I really wanted to leave an amazing review when I first moved in because Karen and I used to attend the same business networking group and we had great rapport. I'm the type that wants people to succeed, but it has to be done morally. I unfortunately cannot report Karen does business in an honest or moral manner. She states, "our property management services ensure that rental properties are well-maintained and profitable for owners." Karen consistently demonstrated her main focus is to create as much profit for herself and the property owners. She does not, however, keep the property well maintained or care about her tenants' financial interests at all. She hires what appear to be recovering drug addicts and elderly individuals with memory loss issues to complete maintenance resulting i

People told us Karen was the best. Turns out they were right. We had lots of anxiety because we were absentee sellers. We had to trust Karen with all the details and all the dozens of things that had to be done in the process of selling our home. We’d recommend her to anyone…make that everyone!
