I used them 5 years ago for a closing. They never sent my checks to pay off credit cards they were given at closing. My credit score was negatively affected. They were unapologetic and rude when I called about their error. I am now in the process of selling the house. I got a notification from my realtor that there is an open permit for work done in 2005. They did not catch it when they did the title search which is a fundamental step for clearing a title. I called and got a voicemail and no one has returned my call. Horrible service and very unprofessional office!
