I recently contacted this title company for a proposed real estate transaction via email, then by phone. Surprisingly, on a property they previously closed on several years back. While the overall service appears professional, at least from all the glowing reviews, the communication speed, at least with me, is a major sticking point. It consistently took 8 days or more to receive a response to even simple questions via email. Come to think about it, I am still waiting...lol. This can significantly slowed down a closing process, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. While I cannot sit here and say I have done a complete transaction with this company, my attempts to have a conversation with them are dismal at best :-(
