Being a Realtor I have the opportunity to work with many different title companies and have to say that Florida Home Settlement Services is top notch!! Immediately when I email the contract to them they confirm receipt and start title work and keep the lines of communication going between myself and my client all the way until the closing. Their staff is attentive, knowledgeable and professional. If I could give more stars, I would. For starters, had a flat tire on the way to signing. I wasn’t going to make it on time. When I called to let them know, they said “no worries” and they picked me up. You don’t see that anymore these days. So not only did they start this transaction off great, the signing went flawless as well. Everyone knows this can be confusing, but all the numbers were explained. All the documents were explained before anything was put in front of me to sign. They made it very easy. Thank you
